Long-term, confidential storage of heartfelt letters for up to 20 years. A time-capsule that will actually be remembered. Our storage is climate controlled and safe from hazards such fire, insects, dust, and moisture.
Assured Delivery
We will make sure your words of love reach the ones who need to hear them. For deliveries within 10 years, you select the month of delivery. Within 20 years, we can promise to send once a year (May). Because you provide two addresses for your loved one, if the first attempt bounces, we can follow-up with another. We recommend that your secondary (backup) address be a longstanding institution, like a church, town hall, or another trusted organization that is likely to remain in place over time.

The Process is Simple
There are six steps.
- Make an order for the storage and delivery of 1 envelope for up to 20 years.
- Download the PDF registration form that comes with your order’s receipt.
- Fill out this registration form, by hand or typed-then-printed, including your order number for verification.
- Prepare your letter(s) in their own final delivery envelope(s). Standard size 10. Follow the directions that come with the registration form when doing so.
- Place the registration form and the final delivery envelope(s) in a Priority Mail envelope and send to us at EverLetter, Inc. Our address: 155 Ice Pond Road Brewster NY 10509.
- When your envelopes and registration form arrive, we will sort them into storage for their intended delivery year and place a label on the back with this message printed clearly, using your registration form as reference: “Your loved one, [Name], entrusted our company in 20[Year] with the delivery of this message to you in 20[Year]. We are honored to fulfill their wish today.” This helps your loved one immediately understand what’s happening.
